Yes, you can apply for the LLB course after completing your graduation from the recognized university. Further for the admission process for persuing law, you either have to appear for the entrance exam or must require minimum 50% in graduation, both depends on the eligibility of the colleges.

Indira Gandhi National Open University does not offer BA LLB course.

You can look for this course in other colleges/universities like Delhi University, National Law university, etc.

Thanks for asking, the answer to your question is, No. You are not eligible for LLB as class 12th passing marks are the basic qualifications for LLB according to the Bar Council of India.

For seeking admission into 3 year law course qualifications needed are only 12^th   and three year graduation, with 12^th, is the basic qualification for seeking admission into 3 year law course, while for seeking admission into 5 year law course  only 10^th and 12^thqualification suffices with 10^th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5 year law course.

Bachelor's Preparatory Programme (BPP) of IGNOU is a six-month preparatory programme offered for those students who wish to pursue higher education (graduation and post-graduation) but have completed schooling only till class 10th and haven't done class 12th.
