With just a few days left for the exam, Careers360 lists some essential preparation and exam day tips.
Unlike previous years, ACJ will be conducted in an online mode. The rest of the ACJ exam pattern remains same. With a new pattern and four days for the test, you need a strategy to ace the test. Some of the points to be followed before and on the test day are,
Do not attempt any new topic– Starting with a new topic in the final days is a bad decision. At this last moment, neither would you be able to grasp the topics nor will you be able to revise other sections. Even on the exam day, select those questions which you are confident about answering accurately.
Previous year question paper or mock tests- Previous year papers or mock papers are the best way to prepare for any media test. It is the most effective method of evaluating your current preparation level and your preparation plans. Solving previous year papers also makes you familiar with the type of questions which might appear in ACJ entrance exam.
Keep calm and stay confident – Since ACJ exam 2017 is a medium difficulty level test, you do not have to worry much. You must be confident about your preparations and stay calm and relax
Time Management – The test duration is three hours thirty minutes within which candidates have to attempt questions from two broad sections. Manage your time well.
Think before you mark: According to the exam pattern, wrongs answers will be penalised. So think before you go on your hunch to answer the question. It may cost you dearly.
Do’s and Don’ts on ACJ Exam Day:
Besides preparing for the test, you must also make sure that you follow these steps on the D-day.
Do not forget the Admit Card: As ACJ admit card 2017is the most important document in an exam, you must not forget to carry the same. Candidates without admit card will not be allowed to appear in the test.
Read Instructions: Before entering the test hall or after receiving the question papers, read the instructions mentioned in the admit card and in the question paper and abide by them. In case of any inconvenience during the test, ask the test invigilator to sort out the issue.
Report on time at the centre: Make sure that you reach the test centre at least an hour before the exam. For e.g. if the exam starts from 9:30 am, reach the centre by 8:30 am. A late entry might result in cancellation of the test.
