IPU CET BJMC 2018 – Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will conduct the IPU CET 2018 BJMC exam on April 29, 2018. IPU CET BJMC 2018 admit card will be available at least a week before the entrance exam. The online application form of IPU CET BJMC 2018 and IPUI CET MAMC was available from February 19 to April 10. The officials had announced the IPU CET 2018 dates for its BJMC and MAMC programmes. Admissions to the 600 plus seats in the Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication (BJMC) programme at the University and its 12 affiliated institutes will be through the entrance test – IPU CET BJMC.Candidates can download their admit card seven days prior to the IPU CET BJMC exam. The entrance test for the programmes will be conducted offline and candidates must appear for the exam in Delhi only. The Results for IPU CET BJMC will be declared on May 10. Counselling will be online for IPU CET BJMC 2018 and will be held in two rounds followed by a spot round if needed. IPU CET MAMC will be conducted on May 5, 2018 and the result for the same will be announced on May 17, 2018. The admit card of IPU CET 2018 can be downloaded by candidates at least a week before the entrance test. Candidates must log in by entering their ID and password. They are advised to take two printouts and carry the same to the exam hall where one copy will be kept by the invigilator and one retained by the candidates after the duly getting the same signed by the invigilator. Candidates must also keep ready two photographs identical to the one used in the application form. Candidates must preserve the admit card till the completion of the admission process.
Candidates who are unable to download their IPU CET BJMC 2018 admit card must contact the Office of Controller of Examinations (Operations) at GGSIP University, Sector 16C, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078. They must contact the officials at least 5 days before the exam date. Candidates must submit a copy of their IPU CET BJMC application form and the payment receipt.

The application form of IPU CET 2018 BJMC was available in online mode from February 19, 2018. The last date to apply for both BJMC and MAMC programmes was April 10, 2018. Mistakes in IPU CET 2018 application form?
Candidates who have made mistakes in their application form of IPU CET BJMC can submit an application in person along with processing fees of Rs 500 to Reception, Examination Division, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Candidates must ensure that such an application is submitted with 5 days from the last date of the IPU CET application form. IPU CET Eligibility Criteria 2018
The eligibility criteria of IPU CET 2018 specifies the academic qualifications, age limit and other necessary factors to decide whether a candidate is eligible to apply for the said programme or not.
The IPU CET BJMC 2018 eligibility criteria is mentioned below
Academic Criteria: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 50 % in aggregate. All applicants must have studied and passed English as a core, elective or a functional subject in their 10+2. Final year students are eligible to apply provided they furnish proof of their eligibility latest by October 15, 2018. SC/ST /Widows or Wards of Defence Personnel/ Persons With Disability will be allowed 5% relaxation of marks in the IPU CET BJMC eligibility criteria 2018.
Age Limit: Candidates must be above 18 years of age and not more than 21 years as on August 1, 2018. Minor candidates if eligible in all other ways can submit an affidavit by their parent/guardian and submit it to the concerned officials.
Delhi and Other State Students: 85% of the seats are reserved for students from Delhi and NCR while 15% of the seats are reserved for other state candidates.
Eligibility Criteria for MAMC: Candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized University with an aggregate of 50% marks. Their age must not be more than 35 years at the time of applying.
IPU CET BJMC Exam Centre 2018: The exam will be conducted only in Delhi. However, the list of the IPU CET BJMC exam centres 2018 are not known as of yet. The details of the exam centres along with the address will be available to all the candidates in their admit card when they download the same.
IPU CET BJMC Cutoff 2018
The minimum scores that will be considered for admissions are the IPU CET 2018 BJMC cutoff. The cutoff is generally determined by the University after considering the number of applicants for the course, seats available, the difficulty level of the entrance test and past cutoff figures. Candidates can use the past year cutoffs to get an idea of the cutoff marks of IPU CET BJMC that may fetch them a seat.

Candidates will be able to check the IPU CET 2018 BJMC Result on May 10, 2018. Candidates will have to login to check their results to know if they have qualified in the entrance test and can apply for counselling. To check their result of IPU CET BJMC 2018 and MAMC 2018, candidates must enter their CET Roll No and the programmes for which they have applied. IPU CET BJMC Counselling 2018
Counselling for IPU CET 2018 BJMC is online and the first round will commence from June 8 and the last date for withdrawal of admission is June 26, 2018. The second round will begin from June 22 and it will end on July 6, 2018. It will be held in two rounds and a spot round will be held if any vacant seats still remain after the counselling is over. Candidates who have qualified must apply online for counselling, fill their choices, check their seat allotment, pay their admission fees and report to the allotted college for admission as well as document verification. Candidates must pay a counselling fee of Rs 1000 through challan or Net Banking /Credit Card and Debit Card.
Registration & Choice Filing: Candidates must register for the counselling of IPU CET BJMC 2018 and enter their details before filling their choices of colleges and courses. They must then take two printouts of the Registration Form. One must be submitted at the time of document verification and the other to be retained by the candidate for all future reference
Seat Allotment: Candidates who are allotted seats must login to check the same and download the provisional allotment letter. Candidates must then pay the admission fee of Rs 40,000 through challan, debit/credit card or net-banking. They can participate in further rounds of IPU CET BJMC 2018 counselling or freeze the seat if the allotment is according to their choice.
Reporting to college and admissions: Candidates who are satisfied with their IPU CET 2018 BJMC seat allotment can generate their Provisional Admission Slip along with the Enrollment number after freezing the seat. They are required to report to the allotted college on the specified date and time along with the Admission Slip, the Provisional Allotment Letter, the Academic Fee Receipt. They must also get their documents verified and pay the balance fee to confirm their admissions
For MAMC the IPU CET 2018 counselling is offline. The first counselling schedule will be displayed on June 8th, 2018 and it will commence on June 15, 2018. The end date for withdrawal of admission after counselling is June 23, 2018. The schedule for the second round will be displayed on July 4, 2018 and the counselling will take place on July 11, 2018. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance test must report in person at the notified venue, on the specified date and time for counselling/ admission. They must submit the specified documents in original for verification. They must ensure that they mark their attendance at the counselling venue before participating in the counselling. They must pay the counselling fee of Rs 1000. After allotment, they must pay the specified fee and remember to take the Admission Slip duly signed by the officer in charge.
