Delhi University (DU) has announced the entrance test date for Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Multimedia and Mass Communication, offered at Indraprastha College for Women. The test will be conducted on Sunday, July 2, 2017, in an online mode across 18 centres. The application process, which started from June 16, will end on June 25, 2017, for the students to apply for the test.

DU BMMMC will be a two-hour test, scheduled from 8 am to 10 am based on General Awareness, Media Awareness, Current Affairs, English Comprehension and Grammatical and Analytical Skills. The Entrance test will be in a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) with 100 questions. There will be no descriptive questions. As mentioned in the marking scheme, for each correct answer, a student shall score +4 marks and for each wrong answer, there will be -1 mark.

 

The information regarding the test mentioned on the website reads “...University will conduct the Test in 18 centres all over the country. The Entrance Test is planned to test the basic skills required to meet the curricular demands of the Course...”

 

The official notification also states that no sample papers regarding the test are available as the test is of a general nature.

The final selection will be done according to the merit list prepared on the basis of the marks secured in the Entrance Test.

 

According to the eligibility criteria, candidates must have an aggregate of 75 per cent in the best four (including 85 per cent in English) of the qualifying examination. Candidates must register before the deadline of June 25.

Please tell me the timings of Indraprastha college for women delhi university as my college is starting from tomorrow

dear aspirant,

I am from IPCW batch 2016-19 , our timings vary according to the departments.

Idealy the first class starts from 8:30 and the last class is at 3:40.

i request you to refer to the time table for your department which must be mentioned on the college website.

Hey!

If you have the opportunity to go for any of these two colleges , then go for indraprastha college for women definitely. It is much better than shaheed bhagat singh college in terms of crowd , exposure and infrastructure. You will experience many better events in IPCW that you can never experience in SBSC .  Yes, but if you are not getting a seat in IPCW  , then bhagat singh is  also not a bad option.
