STRFI, FTII JET 2020, the entrance exam for FTII admissions 2020 will be conducted across 27 cities in India. Candidates have to choose an exam centre while filling the application form of SRFTI, FTII JET 2020.

Authorities will release the admit card of SRFTI, FTII JET 2020 on February 5, 2020 in online mode. Candidates will able to download the admit card by using their login credentials. The exam pattern of SRFTI, FTII JET 2020 includes the mode in which the exam will be conducted, the type of questions that will be asked, marking scheme, so on and so forth. Candidates who want to take admission to FTII are required to appear for SRFTI, FTII JET 2020. The Joint Entrance Exam (JET) will be conducted in offline mode in English medium only. Each Question Paper will consist of maximum 100 marks, which will be further sub-divided into 30 marks for Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and 70 marks for Descriptive Answers. SRFTI, FTII JET result 2020 will be announced in the third week of May 2020 on the official website of JET. In order to check the result of SRFTI, FTII JET 2020, candidates must enter the registration number and roll number. FTII JET result 2020 will be available on the official website of JET in the form of a scorecard. After the declaration of SRFTI, FTII JET result, candidates have to report at the specified venue for document verification, medical test and personal interview.
Once the result of FTII JET will be announced, the Film and Television Institute will release their individual JET 2020 cutoff for admission to the postgraduate programme. The minimum marks or percentile required to get shortlisted for the admission procedure are known as the cutoff mark for JET 2020. The final merit list for FTII admissions 2020 will be released for candidates belonging to different categories after the selection rounds. FTII 2020 merit list will be released mentioning the full name and roll number of the selected candidates.
Candidates qualifying FTII JET 2020 will be invited for the selection process. For this session, the selection process will be conducted at the Film and Television Institute. The round will begin after the declaration of FTII JET result 2020. Shortlisted candidates were required to attend the next round i.e., orientation and the medical test. The selection procedure for the FTII admissions 2020 for PG diploma in acting varies slightly from the others. The selection procedure will be held at FTII Pune. FTII selection for all Postgraduate diploma and certificate programmes (except acting)
Qualified candidates have to attend an orientation session including a practical and theoretical session with different weightage. The shortlisted ones will be subject to a medical test which will be the final stage of the FTII 2020 admission process.

Interview and medical test
Qualified candidates of JET 2020 will be called for an audition. Those who cleared the audition were required to attend the orientation programme, personal interview, and finally the medical test. The weightage of selection procedure given to the audition will be 50% while the rest of the selection stages will carry an overall weightage of 50%.
The FTII 2020 final result will be based on the results one and two for the acting students. The process will be held in Pune only.
