IPU CET BJMC 2018 – The authorities have declared the list of candidates who are eligible for supplementary counselling of IPU CET BJMC on August 14. It was on August 11 that the university had announced the total number of vacant seats for supplementary council in IPU CET BJMC. Meanwhile, the seat status for spot round of IPU CET BJMC 2018 was declared on July 29. Earlier the university had announced the cutoff of the sliding round of IPU CET BJMC on July 26. The authorities had also announced the dates for spot round of counselling which is being held from July 29 in offline mode and it will end on July 31. The result for IPU CET BJMC sliding round counselling was declared on July 20. Candidates had to report to the college till July 24. The result of the third round of counselling was announced on July 15, 2018. The printing of the provisional allotment letter will take place till July 17 (upto 6:00 p.m). Candidates can freeze their allotment by July 18. The display of seat allotment result for the sliding round will take place on or before July 20 (5:00 p.m). The university had declared IPU CET BJMC result on May 7. Earlier the IPU CET BJMC result was supposed to be declared on May 10. IPU CET BJMC entrance test was conducted in offline mode in Delhi only on April 29, 2018. The admit card of IPU CET BJMC was available from April 24. Candidates could download their admit card by entering the requisite details which include their login id and password. The officials had announced the IPU CET 2018 dates for its BJMC and MAMC programmes. Admissions to the 600 plus seats in the Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication (BJMC) programme at the University and its 12 affiliated institutes was through the entrance test – IPU CET BJMC. Counselling will be online for IPU CET BJMC 2018 and will be held in two rounds followed by a spot round if needed. IPU CET MAMC was conducted on May 5, 2018. Counselling for the MAMC programme will, however, be offline and candidates have to attend the same in person.

IPU CET MAMC 2018 – Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University held the entrance test separately for the MA in Mass Communication (MAMC). The application process and dates were all same as the IPU CET BJMC except for the exam dates. The MAMC test was conducted on May 5 and the result for 576 was announced on May 12. IPU CET BJMC Counselling 2018
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has announced on August 14, the list of candidates who are eligible to participate in the supplementary round of IPU CET BJMC counselling. Earlier the authorities had declared the seat status for the spot round of IPU CET BJMC 2018 on July 29. The authorities had announced the dates for IPU CET BJMC 2018 spot round counselling for candidates who wish to take admission in the undergraduate course of journalism. The spot round took place from July 29 to July 31 in offline mode. The university declared the result of sliding round of counselling on July 20. Candidates can confirm their admission by paying the fees and report to the college from July 21-24. The result for the third round of IPU CET BJMC counselling was announced on July 15. Candidates could freeze their allotment till July 18. The result of the second round of counseling was announced on July 10. Candidates could freeze their seat till July 13 and pay the academic fee through net banking till July 12. The first round of counselling for IPU CET BJMC 2018 was announced on June 30 and the last date for freezing the allotment was July 6. Candidates can pay the fees till July 5, 2018. Choice filling for IPU CET BJMC counselling 2018 commenced from June 24 (12:00 noon) to June 27. Earlier the last date for choice filling was June 26 (upto 11:50 p.m). Meanwhile, counselling for IPU CET 2018 BJMC is taking place in online mode and the first round of registration commenced on June 14. Earlier it was supposed to begin from June 8. The last date for withdrawal of admission for the first round is July 6. Candidates who have qualified IPU CET BJMC must apply online for counselling, fill their choices, check their seat allotment, pay their admission fees and report to the allotted college for admission as well as document verification. Candidates must pay a counselling fee of Rs 1000 through challan or Net Banking /Credit Card and Debit Card till June 19, 2018 (upto 11:50 p.m)
Registration & Choice Filing: For the third round, candidates could freeze their seat till July 18. Candidates could freeze their choice till July 13 for the second round. Earlier the candidates could register for the second round of counselling from June 30 to July 6, 2018. The result of seat allotment for IPU CET BJMC 2018 for the first round was announced on July 6. Candidates must register for the counselling of IPU CET BJMC 2018 and enter their details before filling their choices of colleges and courses from June 24 to June 27. Candidates will have to select the course, mention their roll number, password, and the security pin and click on the login button. After that the candidates will have to pay the participation fee in which they will have to seelct the course, IPU CET BJMC roll number, date of birth, mobile number and the security code and then click on the submit button. It is after that they will have to register. They must then take two printouts of the Registration Form. One must be submitted at the time of document verification and the other to be retained by the candidate for all future reference.

Seat Allotment: The sliding round result for IPU CET BJMC 2018 was announced on July 20.The result for the third round of seat allotment was announced on July 15. Reporting to college and admissions: Candidates who are satisfied with their IPU CET 2018 BJMC seat allotment can generate their Provisional Admission Slip along with the Enrollment number after freezing the seat. They are required to report to the allotted college on the specified date and time along with the Admission Slip, the Provisional Allotment Letter, the Academic Fee Receipt. They must also get their documents verified and pay the balance fee to confirm their admissions
For MAMC the IPU CET 2018 counselling is offline. The first counselling schedule was displayed on June 8th, 2018 and it will commence from June 19, 2018. The authorities have released the seat status for masters in mass communication after first counselling on June 19. The tentative date for withdrawal of admission after counselling is June 23, 2018. The tentative schedule for the second round will be displayed on July 4, 2018 and the counselling will probabaly take place on July 11, 2018. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance test must report in person at the notified venue, on the specified date and time for counselling/ admission. They must submit the specified documents in original for verification. They must ensure that they mark their attendance at the counselling venue before participating in the counselling. They must pay the counselling fee of Rs 1000. After allotment, they must pay the specified fee and remember to take the Admission Slip duly signed by the officer in charge.
The result of cutoff of sliding round for IPU CET BJMC 2018 was declared on July 26. The third cutoff fof IPU CET BJMC 2018 was declared on July 16. The second cutoff for IPU CET BJMC 2018 was announced on July 10. The first cutoff for IPU CET BJMC 2018 was declared by the authorities on June 30 in online mode. The minimum scores that is considered for admissions are the IPU CET 2018 BJMC cutoff. The admit card of IPU CET 2018 can be downloaded by candidates on April 24. Candidates must log in by entering their ID and password. They are advised to take two printouts and carry the same to the exam hall where one copy will be kept by the invigilator and one retained by the candidates after the duly getting the same signed by the invigilator. Candidates must also keep ready two photographs identical to the one used in the application form. Candidates must preserve the admit card till the completion of the admission process.
Candidates who are unable to download their IPU CET BJMC 2018 admit card must contact the Office of Controller of Examinations (Operations) at GGSIP University, Sector 16C, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078. Mistakes in IPU CET 2018 application form?
Candidates who have made mistakes in their application form of IPU CET BJMC can submit an application in person along with processing fees of Rs 500 to Reception, Examination Division, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Candidates must ensure that such an application is submitted with 5 days from the last date of the IPU CET application form. IPU CET Eligibility Criteria 2018
The eligibility criteria of IPU CET 2018 specifies the academic qualifications, age limit and other necessary factors to decide whether a candidate is eligible to apply for the said programme or not.
The IPU CET BJMC 2018 eligibility criteria is mentioned below
Academic Criteria: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 50 % in aggregate. All applicants must have studied and passed English as a core, elective or a functional subject in their 10+2. Final year students are eligible to apply provided they furnish proof of their eligibility latest by October 15, 2018. SC/ST /Widows or Wards of Defence Personnel/ Persons With Disability will be allowed 5% relaxation of marks in the IPU CET BJMC eligibility criteria 2018.
Age Limit: Candidates must be above 18 years of age and not more than 21 years as on August 1, 2018. Minor candidates if eligible in all other ways can submit an affidavit by their parent/guardian and submit it to the concerned officials.
Delhi and Other State Students: 85% of the seats are reserved for students from Delhi and NCR while 15% of the seats are reserved for other state candidates.
Eligibility Criteria for MAMC: Candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized University with an aggregate of 50% marks. Their age must not be more than 35 years at the time of applying.
IPU CET BJMC Exam Centre 2018: The exam will be conducted only in Delhi. However, the list of the IPU CET BJMC exam centres 2018 are not known as of yet. The details of the exam centres along with the address will be available to all the candidates in their admit card when they download the same.
