To fill the MASCOM application through offline mode, candidates have to download the form and then fill the required details in the application form. It must be noted that to apply for more than one course, candidates have to send separate application forms for each course. While filling the application form, candidates have to submit the necessary details in the admit card section. After entering the details, candidates can submit the application form affixed with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 500 in favour of MASCOM and payable at Kottayam, Kerala. If candidates apply for both courses then the Demand Draft (DD) will be amount to Rs. 1000 with the recent passport size photograph and a sign in black/blue ink.
