For M.Sc- The eligibility criteria of Pune University Mass Comm admission specifies that all applicants must have earned a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, Law etc.) from a recognized university to apply for the course. For M.Sc in Mass Communication:
The entrance test for the Pune University Mass Comm admission 2018 is offline. The test will have two sections, with an overall duration of four hours. Section A will be of 50 minutes while Section B will be for three hours. Section A will be objective and Section B will be subjective. There will also be a break of 10 minutes in between Section A and Section B. The exam will be conducted in English. There will be no negative marking.

Pune University Mass Comm Selection Process 2018
For MJMC and PGDMM
Shortlisting criteria for Pune University Mass Comm admission 2018will be as follows:
Open or general category candidates must score a minimum of 45% in the entrance test.
Candidates belonging to reserved category must score a minimum of 30% in the test to be able to get shortlisted for admissions.
Admission is strictly on merit in the Entrance Test in the respective categories. If a candidate is selected, she/he has to pay the academic fee and submit the required documents. If a candidate fails to do so, the seat will be offered to the candidate who is next in the list.
For M.Sc, the University department will inform the selected candidates about their admission status, and the process they have to follow. The selection will be on the basis of the performance in the entrance exam. Candidates have to collect their admission letters from the office. The Department will inform the waitlisted candidates if there is any seat vacant across categories.
The verification of documents will be done in July at the Conference hall in the Department of Media & Communication Studies. Candidates must visit the venue for the document verification and payment of the academic fee.
