ADYPU Mass Communication Selection Process 2018
The selection process of ADYPU Mass Communication 2018 is a four step process for the candidates to follow. After applying and appearing in the ADYPU-AT for Mass Communication, candidates will be shortlisted as per their scores in the exam.
Stage 1 – Shortlist: The officials at ADY Patil University will prepare a merit list of the shortlisted candidates. Students whose names will be in the merit list will be called for the selection process.
Stage 2 - Studio Test/Group Exercise and Personal Interview: The Studio/ GD/ PI will be conducted at the ADYPU School of Film and Media. The schedule of the Studio/GE/PI will be shared with the shortlisted students on their registered e-mail id. Candidates have to appear in the selection rounds as per the given schedule.
The interview purpose is to know the applicant better as well as to gauge the passion and commitment towards the programme. The candidates can also meet their respective faculty and ask queries related to the Institute or programme.
Stage 3 - Admission Offer: After the selection rounds are conducted, candidates, if selected, will receive an admission letter. The final selection result will be shared with the student over e-mail.
Stage 4 - Acceptance of Admission Form: The students who receive their admission letter will be enrolled in the preferred programme at DY Patil University. Such students have to sign an “Acceptance of Admission Form” at the campus. The admission process is incomplete without the signing and hence is mandatory. Besides this, candidates also have to pay the academic fee at the campus.
