Hey! With 858 rank in APPGECET under SC category, you do have fair chances to get admission in JNTU or AU, especially in branches like CSE or AI & ML. However, it will mainly depend on the cut-off trends of this year, number of seats available, and competition in your category.
I suggest you go through the previous year cut-offs of JNTU and AU for your branch and category to get a clear idea. Also, keep some backup options in other good colleges so that you don’t miss out in case the cut-off goes higher this year.
Hello,
Yes, the Andhra University (AU) does have a cybersecurity program through its ANU MOOCS offerings, with a Diploma in Cyber Threats and Security available, and it also established a Centre for Cyber Security and Data Analytics for specialized training and research in the field.
I hope it will clear your query!!
Hi Varsha , with 74% overall and 71% in group subjects (PCB) in Intermediate, you are well above the minimum eligibility (50–60%) for BPT in Andhra Pradesh. Since you belong to OC with EWS, you can also benefit from the EWS quota in some colleges. Getting a seat in private or aided colleges is quite possible for you. For government or top colleges, competition is higher, but you still have a fair chance. So yes, you can most likely secure a BPT seat in AP.
Hey Prasanth! With a rank of 22,000 in EAPCET, getting admission into AGBSc in ANGRAU under the BCA Farmer quota for the AU region might be difficult. Farmer quota seats are limited and usually have higher cut-offs, so it depends on how many candidates applied under this quota this year. You may get a chance if some seats remain vacant after general quota admissions. It’s better to check the previous year’s cut-offs for the Farmer quota in AU region and also keep alternative colleges or courses as backup. Participating actively in the counseling process will give you the best chance.
Hello! With an AP EAMCET rank of 27,000 under BC-B girl category, getting ECE in AU, JNTUK, JNTU VZM, or RGUKT is unlikely, as their closing ranks are much lower around 2,000–5,000. You can consider private colleges like GMRIT, Vignan, or Raghu Engineering, or other government colleges like JNTUA Pulivendula or Anantapur, which may accept higher ranks. Also, consider related branches like EEE or IT for better chances.
