See, in such cases generally the university does not allow to just hop in whenever you want in the middle of admission procedure. If you missed the admission in second cutoff then its hard to get into the next admission list. My advice to you would be that contact the officials of the department in which you were going to take admission and explain them the scenario. Or Write a mail to the university regarding this.
