JET Application Form 2018 - Candidates aspiring to take admission to FTII and SRFTI had to fill JET 2018 application form, which was available in online mode from December 24, 2017. Eligible candidates can fill the application form and register for Joint Entrance Test (JET 2018). The last date for filling JET application form 2018 was January 31 till 5:00 pm. Candidates have to first register and generate log-in id and password as they proceed to fill JET application form 2018. The fee of JET 2018 application form for general/OBC candidates is Rs 4000, and for other reserved category it is Rs 1250. While filling the application form, candidates had to upload their photographs, signature and caste certificates (if applicable). In the application form of JET 2018, candidates had to select their preferred course, institute, and test centre. Also, candidates must make sure that the details entered in JET 2018 application form are correct, as they will not be able to edit it after payment of fee. What to keep ready before filling Application form of JET 2018
Candidates need to keep the documents that are mentioned below ready and other information before they proceed to fill JET 2018 application form.

Steps to fill JET Application Form 2018?
Candidates can follow the steps that are given below to ensure that they do not face any problem while filling the application form of JET 2018.
Step 1: Create Log in
- Candidates will have to first register by creating a new login id and password.
- Click on the ‘Fresh candidate/New log-in’ tab
- Enter name of candidate
- Date of Birth
- E-mail id and Password
- Verification code and finally ‘Submit’
Once candidates will click on the submit button, they will receive an acknowledgement mail at their registered e-mail address. The message received by the candidate will state "An Acknowledgement has been sent to your Email-ID ---. Now you can login using your email-id and password to fill the online JET application form 2018, Uploading of your photograph and signature and payment of application fee.”
Now click on the ‘Proceed to login window’
Step 2: Fill JET Application Form 2018
The application form of JET will have two sections- Personal Details, academic and other details
Select two choices for exam centres out of the 26 test cities.
Mention the following details:
Name of Mother
Name of father
Select the Gender
Date of birth
Address, Contact detail
E-mail id etc
Once all such details are mentioned correctly, click on the save button and proceed to the next part of the application form of JET 2018.
- In this part of 2018 JET 2application form, candidates will have to enter their class X and XII percentage, details related to their graduation degree, training and any other requisite information.
- Once all the details are entered, click on save button and move to next step
Step 3: Uploading of Images
- Candidates need to upload the documents that are mentioned above according to the specifications in JET application form 201.
- Once the documents are uploaded, candidates will have to click on the ‘Save and Proceed' tab and then proceed further
Step 4: Course selection
At this stage, candidates have to select the programme and institute where they aspire to take admission. They can select either one or two programme from the Film and TV courses category separately. Candidates must also make sure that they select their preferred institutions, either FTII or SRFTI.
Course selection Instructions-
Candidate can opt for maximum 2 Courses, one each from Film Wing & TV Wing.
In case Course opted is offered at both the Institutes, candidates must specify their preference for same.
As soon as the candidate select the course, the applicable fee will be displayed on the screen, which the candidates have to pay.
Once this is done, click on Save tab
Step 5: Preview application
At this stage, candidates can preview JET application form 2018. In case they need to correct, they can select Edit option or Save the same. Once all the details are corrected and checked, candidates must take a print of the JET 2018 application form.
After taking the print out, proceed to submit application form of JET 2018
Step 6: Payment: This is the last stage, where the candidates have to pay the application fee for JET 2018. Once the payment has been made, candidates will not be allowed to change or modify any information in the JET application form 2018. Select the option and click on Submit tab.
Candidates can pay the fee via their debit or credit cards.

JET 2018 Admit Card
JET 2018 is conducted for the first time by FTII Pune, candidates must note that JET 2018 admit card was available for registered candidates from February 8-18, 2018 in online mode and candidates could download it by filling either of the two fields which include the online application number, date of birth, email address.
